This document is described of the specification for a Haruzira SDK.   and it to enable network communication with UWP APP “Haruzira”.

Using the SDK, and sending the text data, It is possible to network communication by using voice synthesis.

The SDK is in response to the various programming languages and the script languages.
If you have installed any programming languages in your system environment, it is possible to build regardless of the device or OS.
